"Support takes forever and made me feel blamed"
Airtable itself is useful, and I do like using it when everything’s working. But dealing with support was really frustrating. It took days to hear back, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really feel like they had read my issue closely. On top of that, the response kind of made it seem like the problem was on me, which didn’t help when I was already stuck. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing.

"Airtable was fine when it was just a…"
airtable was fine when it was just a few of us using it, but once more people got involved, things started feeling scattered. Maybe it was just bad timing with our team growing and everyone jumping in at once, but comments were easy to miss, notifications were either nonstop or barely helpful, and half the time we weren’t sure who changed what. We still ended up asking questions in Slack, which kind of ruined the whole point. It’s not awful, just frustrating for everyday teamwork

"Restore process left me hanging"
Tried restoring from a backup and it turned into a total mess. Some of my table data was missing, and the recovery process didn’t really help. Support mostly just sent me links and kept giving vague promises about it being looked into, but there was no actual fix. Frustrating experience.

"I’ve been using Airtable to keep track..."
I’ve been using Airtable to keep track of projects, and the AI features have been handy overall. I mostly use them to clean up messy notes, pull together quick summaries, and fill in a few fields when I don’t feel like doing everything manually. I guess I didn’t expect to use them as much as I do, but they’ve worked their way into my routine.
That said, it’s not perfect. Sometimes the wording feels a little off, or I’ll read something it generated and think, wait, is that actually what I meant? So I still end up rewriting parts or double-checking the output. But for everyday use, it does save me time, and I’d say it’s been worth using.

"I wasn’t totally sure about the price at..."
I wasn’t totally sure about the price at first, but Airtable has made my day-to-day a lot easier. I use it to keep project details and client notes together, kind of like the system a former coworker used to swear by, and now I get why. The free plan gave me enough time to try it out, and upgrading felt reasonable once I saw how much time it saved me. It’s not the cheapest option out there, but for how I work, it’s been worth it.

"Reliable and quick for everyday project tracking"
I’ve been using airtable pretty much every workday, and it’s been one of those tools I don’t have to think too hard about. My project bases open quickly, even the ones with a bunch of views, linked records, and attachments, which I really appreciate when I’m jumping between tasks.
I mostly use it to track project timelines, owner status, meeting notes, and random team requests, and it keeps everything organized without feeling overly complicated. I especially like how fast filtered views and grouped sections load when I’m checking what’s due this week or who’s responsible for a task.
The only small thing I’ve run into is needing to refresh a view once in a while after making a lot of changes, but it’s never been a big deal. Overall, it’s been dependable, easy to trust, and genuinely helpful for keeping my day-to-day work moving...
"The security side does feel solid..."
The security side does feel solid, which I appreciate. But I felt a little misled because I expected the compliance docs to be easier to find based on how it was presented. They were there eventually, but it took more digging than I thought it should have

"The mobile app works great"
It’s super easy to update things right from my phone. No hassle at all.

I’ve been using it for a bit, it works well for me. I don’t really have any major complaints so far, and I’d say it does what I need it to do.

"The permission settings made me nervous"
I really wanted to like it, but the permissions felt way too confusing in practice. I set someone to view-only, checked it twice, and somehow they could still affect things through shared views or forms. It was those little loophole-feeling details that bothered me most. For internal stuff maybe I could work around it, but for client work, I’d be constantly second-guessing every access setting.

"Useful, but I was a little wary after paying"
Airtable ended up being really useful for me, but I’ll be honest, I felt a bit unsure right after paying because it wasn’t immediately clear how everything worked. I had to watch a few videos and just mess around with it for a while before my bases actually started making sense. Some of the features aren’t super obvious at first, which made me wonder if I’d made the right call. After about a week, though, things started clicking, and now I use it often. It’s not perfect, but overall it’s a solid tool once you get past the learning curve.

"Gets messy with larger datasets"
It works fine for smaller stuff, but once I started dealing with bigger datasets, it got kind of hard to keep everything organized. I found myself clicking around more than I expected, trying to remember where things were... maybe it’s just the way I set it up, but it definitely felt a bit messy after a while.

"Quick and Easy Setup"
The templates made the setup really quick. Everything was laid out in a way that just made sense, so I didn’t have to overthink it or waste time figuring out the basics...

"I do like Airtable for basic…"
I do like Airtable for basic organizing and tracking, so I’m not saying it’s a bad tool. It’s just that the integrations feel kind of inconsistent. Some popular apps connect without much trouble, but then others basically push you into using Zapier or Make, and that gets messy and expensive quickly. I expected there to be more native options without having to mess with API keys or random setup steps. It works, sure, but I don’t think it’s unfair to want it to be a little more straightforward.

"Good tool, but don’t expect quick updates"
Airtable has been solid enough for our team, and we still use it regularly. But just a heads up if you’re considering it: updates can feel slow. There are features people have been asking for that seem to sit on the back burner forever. It’s not a dealbreaker, but if you’re expecting fast improvements or quick turnaround on requests, you might be a little frustrated.

"Easy at first, then a bit confusing"
It felt simple to use at the beginning, but once I started going through more of the menus, I got a little unsure of where things were. I had to slow down and double-check before tapping around too much because I didn’t want to mess anything up

"Pretty useful, though I’m not totally sure about the limits"
I’ve been using it to keep things organized, and it does the job well. That said, I started running into the record and storage limits faster than I expected. Maybe I’m just using it more heavily than I thought, but it definitely made me second-guess whether it’ll keep working for me long term.

"Wish I’d started using formulas sooner"
Formulas have made my tables so much easier to manage. They save me a ton of manual work every week, i regret not using them earlier.

"Attachments work, but ugh, a little clunky"
I started using airtable for file attachments and my first reaction was basically, “Okay, this works… but why does it feel so awkward?” Uploads usually go through fine, so it’s not a dealbreaker, but previewing larger files can be slow and trying to keep everything organized gets annoying fast. I really wish there were better sorting options or simple folders. It’s decent overall, just not as smooth as I expected.

I’ve tried using the form builder a few times, it just feels clunky and way too basic for what I need.
